Below is a position where you have a choice to advance your anchor from a 20pt anchor to an 18pt anchor. I decided to advance the anchor and it was the wrong idea. Then I started tweaking the position in XG to try to learn when it is right to advance the anchor and when it is right to stay back.
I have to be honest, that didn't help and I'm stumped. What are some feature of the position that you look for to help decide with this choice?
