Modifications to Keith Count?

Using the Isight method this has an adjusted pips count of 62 pips on roll versus 64 pips. For money this is a ND/T, but blue is only 2 pips outside the estimated minimum doubling window for money, and estimating just under 2% per pip at this race, I would guess blue has about 31% winning chances making this a R/P.
