GridGammon software problem

Dear friends,

since yesterday I cant either start a game or watch others because the software wont transfer properly. It starts transferring but goes quickly back to the "connected" status (I can see it on the bottom right corner). Sometimes I get a prompt which says: "Game couldn't be created. transfer failed".

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the program once, and it has permission to get through the firewall. It is still not working.

I am using windows 10.
How can I fix this problem, please?
