Ruling request

In a small tournament where the rule is "premature rolls stand", Player A has to make the last roll of the game where he will or will not succeed in completing his bear off.

Player A rolls so grossly prematurely that his dice hit the hand of Player B who is still moving his checkers and has not picked up his dice. Player A's dice then land correctly on the board.

Does Player A's roll stand?
