Looking at the recommended specifications on XG's website, I'd say that for the best performance you should focus on the fastest multicore CPU you can afford Intel i7, i9 or a top end AMD, perhaps also the most memory, 8GB or more, an SSD would give better performance than a standard mechanical HDD, although I'm not sure whether that would help much regarding XG. The GPU should prove largely irrelevant as would the monitor resolution. For the minimum specifications to get decent rollouts I'd go with XG's recommended values...
