I agree that it's the CPU that matters. This site may be useful. Basically rollout speed should be proportional to the test score. Caveats: I don't know if the latest greatest CPUs have innovations which XG, which hasn't been updated for nearly six years, can't utilize that well. If they do, they will be slightly less useful than the test score indicates. Also, given similar test scores, it might (or might not, for all I know) be the case that either Intel or AMD is generally preferable over the other.
