Cube Action when rest of match is cubeless and gammonless

Suppose the score is 13 away 13 away. After the current game the rest of the match will be played without bonus wins and without the cube. The current game is cubeful though and is in a last roll position. What is the take point and why?

A) greater than 25%

B) Exactly equal to 25%

C) Less than 25%
