Are the considered obvious rules for decision contradictory?

In one place it says an optional double is considered obvious. Then later it says any actual double is never considered obvious. Which is it? Is it written poorly or am I just being a donkey with reading comprehension?
Why is the -.900 criterion included? Such a decision could be very non-obvious.
--- A decision is a checker move or a cube double that is considered non-obvious by the computer. Considered obvious are the following:
bullet A forced moved bullet A move for which the best choice and the worst choice have an equity difference of less than 0.001. bullet A double action where the equity before doubling and after doubling is the same (optional double) bullet A double action where the equity before doubling is 0.200 larger than the equity after the double (obvious non double) bullet A double action where the equity before doubling is 0.200 larger than the equity after a drop (obvious too good to double) bullet A double action where the equity before and after a double is very negative (less than -0.900). This corresponds to a loss of position when trailing in the match by a lot
Are never consider as a obvious:
bullet A double decision resulting in a double bullet A take decision
