Intermediate Clock Settings Shouldn't Exist

I want to start by saying that it is GREAT that intermediate players are becoming more comfortable with using clocks. I repeat: Advanced/Intermediate ABT events SHOULD be clocked.

Now that I've made that clear, there is no reason for intermediate clock settings to be a thing. Intermediate matches take longer because the cube actions are inefficient, not because they take longer to physically move the checkers. Additionally, intermediates are less likely to need the whole time bank anyway.
