XG Update Update

Thank your for all your comments and ideas on my previous post with regard to the status and updating of XG. A few points arising:

* Xavier has no interest in being paid to do any further work on XG so anything that happens in the future will have to be driven by a new owner(s).

* I have had two expressions of interest with regard to the purchase of the code/IPR. I have put both people in touch with Xavier.

* BG programs are in a niche area so Xavier's IPR evalaution is probably unrealistically high.

* I have contacted Deep Mind and at this point in time they have no interest in developing Alpha Backgammon or whatever else you might want to call it. They would not give any reasons.

* Developing and writing a new BG Bot will be time-consuming and expensive so much better to develop XG if at all possible.
