DQ: Get ready to attack when he runs off the anchor

Opponent will run from the anchor on the 4 point in the next two rolls. So gotta get ready to hit the blot(s) when he does.

I don't fear a 9 after leaving a blot on the midpoint, especially given his board blot.

Getting ready to make the 1 point with a 6/1 will go a long way after a hit, without risking a hit with a 9.

Moving the checkers on the 8 point to the 6 and 5 points gives me fewer numbers to hit if he runs.

So this donkey is clueless. Will greatly appreciate seeing how you arrive at the correct strategy.
