Since Blue is so far behind in the pip count, one possible strategy is to stay back as far as possible, with 10/4(2). But I think if Blue stays on White's 1pt, it makes it too easy for White to bring her checkers down into her outfield and make points safely. I'd play 24/21(2) 6/3(2), aiming to hold White's checkers on her 10pt. Another strategy is to play against White's midpoint with 24/18(2), but I think White can then just dump behind Blue's anchor while waiting for a good clearing roll.
