"Best to Never Win" an ABT Open Main Event

After the dust settled in Atlanta, Joe Urso took the crown. One of those things that gets discussed a lot is "so-and-so is the best to never win an ABT tournament". For a good while, the consensus answer was Chris Trencher, then after he took Vegas, a lot of folks were saying Urso.
Who now? The classic answer is Herb Roman, but I'm sure there are plenty of other greats that play ABTs regularly (4+ per year) that are yet to take one down. I'm guessing Albert Steg is in consideration too -- he's an excellent player that hasn't had the success his level of play merits.
