At last, Murat's "mutant cube strategy" experiments are published!

I was finally able to make time to put all the files of my experiments into a neat web page on my site https://montanaonline.net/backgammon/

Click "Gnew!", deformed cube icon or text link to open experiments page.

There, first read the RTF document for "general descriptions", (first icon on left), to make the best use of page contents, most efficiently. Everything should be fairly well explained and documented.

All experiments are interesting in some ways but if you are short on time at least look at experiments 9, 10 and 11, 12 that are specifically about "mutant cube strategies" with the most significant results.

Once you digest the results, especially of experiments 9 through 12, feel free to offer your comments and arguments on the subject.

You may also be interested in a related thread on bug-gnubg forum between Ian Shaw and me, which starts being about the value of cube ownership, then becomes about how Snowie, GnuBG and XG handle the "opening position", and then about my mutant experiments and "cube skill theory" in general. See:

PS: My BG site was started before the age of smart phones and doesn't look good on all phones. It's best viewed on desktops with Chrome based browsers. Please let me know of any broken links, browser issues, bugs in scripts, etc.
