Have you ever seen anything like this?

I'm still running mutant cube skill experiments, now against GnuBG 3-ply. While the script runs in a command window, I occasionally glance at it to see if it's still going. Yesterday, I noticed that at one point the score hadn't changed for about half hour. Even scrolling to the top of the buffer, I couldn't find the beginning of the game but I found this position:

		White is Player 1 score: 0 pip: 179 Unlimited Game pip: 257 score: 0 Blue is Player 2

I let it running, periodically checking to see how it would end. I saw many positions like these: (just pasting in text format to save space, you can look at them if you want)

I see that you people like discussing interesting positions and I thought that I sould ask if you ever seen anything like this in real and/or bot play and what if any comments you would make about it?
