The Woolsey rule clearly recommends a double since it's not clear that White has a take. White will hit 15% of the time after the next sequence of one roll by each side and I'll estimate that White will win 2/3's of those. If that doesn't happen, White's racing chances aren't too good with the 24 outfield pips to get to his 6-point and the wastage in his inner board. I'd give White 13% racing chances here. So White wins 10% + .85(13%) = ~21%. Blue wins some g's as well when White hits but Blue picks up White's blot on his 5-point. Looks like a small pass to me.
