Position? check. Race? check. Threats? escaping while white dances is somewhat of a threat, but not seeing anything else for blue, while blue has two blots.

That's 2 of 3 PRAT, and maybe all three. But it seems like white manages to enter and scramble to the anchor and/or pick up one of blue's blots enough to take. Not sure, so shipping it seems clear.
