Can't see how leaving just one back could be correct. Loses a lot on opponents 11, 22, 21. Loses a decent amount also on opponent's 32, 42, 52, 62 since if miss the shot have very little chance at a later shot. Only gain is not having to move a checker past the open 5 point which seems a significantly smaller consideration. 24/6 10/4 is my play.
