The Magriel safe/bold criteria mostly suggest bold (you have an anchor, more checkers back, trail in the race) so 13/4* seems clear. Hitting on the 4 is definitely the DMP play and the DMP play is usually correct for money or normal match scores unless it looses too many extra gammons or if some other play wins enough extra gammons. Neither of these exceptions apply here so just make the DMP play.
