Interesting Little Position -- Part 1

I was playing a guy this morning who has one of the highest ratings I've seen on Play65 -- Swedish flag, I think.

Anyway, I was steamed, having lost a moderate size stakes match to him on what I considered a bad beat off a bad take. So, being me, I quadrupled the stakes and went at him again.

In the first game, we reached this position. Bill is blue.

Match to 9, tied at 0
White on roll. Cube Action?
