When White makes an advanced anchor, it is important for Blue to establish one too, doubly so now that White has filled in the bar point. Splitting is so vital that I wouldn't be very surprised to see 24/20 23/21 come out best. However, I think it's better to establish a forward point, so I play 13/9 23/21.
