Clocks & Recruiting new BG Players

So much talk of using clocks on this site, and I'm all for it.

No talk about recruiting new BG players. Anybody have anything to say about that?

What I don't think we should do is scare off potential new players by intimidating them with timeclocks. Clocks, in my opinion, should only be used in the "Championship" levels.
