I think the key thing is what Ian said--since white has anchored on your bar point, you are really going to want to have an advanced anchor too. Indeed, white has more chances to point on your head if you move up now, but the situation is going to be even worse when white brings the last builder down from the midpoint or makes another home board point. So, the sooner you make that anchor the better, and the slot 23/21 looks good. (24/20 23/21 seems redundant though.)

That being said, I probably would've played 8/4 6/4 or 13/9 6/4 over the board (or maybe even 9/5 6/4, but I'd rather make a point than slot two). I'm no expert though...interested to see what Snowie thinks.
