I Survived and the Power is Back On

Quite a blow here but we fortunately had no damage, just a lot of limbs and debris and 3.5 days without power. A lot of people throughout the area and quite a number in the immediate neighborhoods were not so lucky. Not much structural wind damage but a lot of damage from downed trees hitting houses. One neighbor three doors down had a 36" trunk 80'+ pine tree fall right through their house. And houses all around have trees all over the place -- and we're 70 miles or so from the coast.

Anyway, I can rejoin the world and count my blessings. Thanks to all for the good thoughts and well wishes.
