Importing FIBS files

I downloaded the trial copy of Snowie 4.7. Does anyone know how to import a FIBS file from the 'log' subdirectory within the FIBS installation? All matches are saved as a .log file but when I use the import type on Snowie as a FIBS toggle moves format it does not want to import it. I tried changing the extension of the file name to a text file (.txt) and chose that option when importing the file but still Snowie does not like it.

Any ideas if I need to manipulate the file before I attempt to import it into Snowie?
