Simply bringing down two builders to fill in that gap on the five point looks attractive. Two splits are possible; 13/9 24/22 and 24/20 13/11. The long split puts a chequer where White will be most prepared to hit loose, but it tries for the best anchor and gives better coverage. The short split is less ambitious and less provocative; the chequer on the nine point is also a bit more useful than back on the eleven.

I can't reason my way to the best play, so I'll got with my gut and play 13/9 13/11.
