This position is quite difficult. GNU usually massively overvalues White's side in these positions, while most humans massively overvalue Blue's side. Clear RD/T, I guess. I am not sure I could work skill differences correctly into this position--e.g., it's close enough that White should pass if he is even slightly better than his opposition. However, if White is better than Blue, then maybe Blue will not break the board to hit loose with missing rolls, which increases White's equity again back over the take line. You can go around in circles all day analyzing skill differences like this, if you are very good you can eventually reach the right conclusion, I'd generally just stick to RD/T.
