Cube Action Against Zurich Mint?

This guy is a real strong player--I think he was one of the highest-rated players on gamesgrid at the time this match was contested. However, I don't think his name is really Zurich Mint. Who would name their kid that? And what is a Zurich Mint? Is it a breath mint like an Altoids or is it a candy like a Junior Mint?

Also, what is the proper cube action?
