Snowie's error rate ranges and names revisited

I think Snowie's range and names for error rate categories have to be adjusted for new time. Quality of game increase in general in world, IMHO and there are more players which low error rates than before.

So it is hard to call expert one player who play at 5.x It is so easy to play with such ER. Also there are too many players these days who can play with 4.x ER. I think anything with 4.x hardly can be called world class game. It just devaluate such term. It is not same to play at 4.4 and 3.2 for example and both is called world class now. World class player ER should be only 3.x Also I think how supernatural or extraterrestrial terms are useless, it is much better to create new category of players which can play below 3.0 There are very few of them but more than before and number of players who are capable to play below 3.0 also increase every day, I think. We can call them grandmasters or just masters. So my suggestion or just free thought is something like that:

0-2.99 grand(master)

3.0-3.99 world class

4.0-4.99 expert

5.0-6.99 advanced

7.0-9.99 intermediate

10.0- beginner
