Backgammon Course: Competitive Sailing Book

While reviewing Bob's course schedule, I remembered reading a book on competitive sailing that was directly applicable to the winning philosophy for backgammon. I thought this would be a good reference for the "life lessons" section.

I thought the title was "Winning," but the closest I can find is "Winning in One-Designs" by Perry, and author's name sounds familiar.

Anybody know the title I'm looking for?
