Need table of n-roll positions

I have 2-8 n-roll vs n-roll CPW's from a post by Gregg Cattanach.

2 rolls	86%
3 rolls	79%
4 rolls	75%
5 rolls	72%
6 rolls	69%
7 rolls	68%
8 rolls	67%

Can anyone extend it out 24 rolls. I have this idea that one could determine the EPC, convert it to a n-roll number, get the CPW, and adjust by a pip percent value. for example a 72 EPC vs 74 EPC, might be 66% + 2*2%=~70%, where the 66% is a 10-roll CPW and the 2% is the value of a pip.
