Janowski centered cube equity ?

Hi all, does anyone know how equation 7 (general cube model, centered cube equity) in R.Janowski "Take-Points in Money Games" has been obtained ?

The general cube model equities owning the cube and with unavailable cube (equations 5 and 6) are just linear combinations of dead and corresponding live model equities. But the one for the centerd cube is not.

I end up with a different expression of the centered cube equity and, hence, with a different expression for the initial double point (no Jacoby, haven't been looking at the Jacoby case yet).
