Cleveland results

Mary Hickey won in the first match of the finals vs. Neil Garvie. Mary led 8-4/11, and nearly got BG'd on a 2 cube. With the match tied 8-8/11, Mary won 2 points and I think then she won the Crawford game. She only lost ONE match all weekend, that to Neil Kazaross in the semi-finals of the Masters Jackpot.

Neil defeated Rod Covlin in the finals rather handily, as Rod had done even more easily to me in the semi-final.

Stick Rice lost to Neil Garvie or he would have had a revenge match against Mary who beat him in the undefeated bracket final. After losing to Garvie, Stick ended up winning the last chance by beating Frank Talbot in the finals. It was nice to see Frank there with his new gf, he is still a tough competitor. He lost to David Rubin in round one but managed to cash anyway, and at 4-4/7 in their final match he was bearing in vs. Stick when he left a shot got hit and lost to go down 4-6*/7. Stick brought it home from there.
