WSOB 2009 info requested

As I understand it there are three live events, starting with Cannes the week after Monte Carlo. With this being high season in Cannes, I have to trust that there will be no issues getting enough hotel rooms at good rates on shortish notice?

Also, will Americans be able to play and qualify online, or we will be excluded from that avenue due to bank money transfer BS thanx to our morons in gov't?
