Correlation between ERs and MWC

Is any information available on the correlation between the average Error Rates of opponents and their Match Winning Chances for matches of varying lengths? For example, if a 4 ER player is starting a 15 point match against a 6 ER player, what is his MWC and how is it calculated? Also, is the correlation linear? i.e., if the ER difference is 2 (whether it's a 4 ER against a 6 ER or a 12 ER against a 14 ER) is the MWC the same for a match of x length?
