Clock experiment at Las Vegas BG Club

Is it worth recording the time taken for non-clocked matches as a comparison?

Is a game played with clocks slower than without (assuming the actual clock time was ignored), i.e. is there a small time overhead to punch the clocks/pickup the dice?
