This does look like a big error. After switching and making 10pt this looks like a big cube to me after the 16 dances. Making the 5 prime isn't good at all since White attacks, and is at the edge of a stripped 5 prime and the 2 men on the ace pt don't fit into the priming plan.

When you have two men on your ace pt, the prime you want to make is a close board.
