Updates on Monte Carlo

- It's not really "invite only", they say that to keep the scrubs out! Little do they know .. hehehe
- You don't have to stay in their waaaaaaay overpriced 300+ Euro/night hotel. This means if I want to stay in Nice & train in to MC every day I'll save @ least $250/day. [I can stay in Nice for 18 Euros/night]
- No clocks :(
- I don't have to register under my real name =) Though I probably will .. for anyone lucky enough to be there (Neil), if you haven't wormed it out of someone already, you can catch my name there. I always go by my real first name in France, it sounds better in French! (esp. when she is saying it)
- Plane tickets are still pricey, 2 layovers the cheapest ballpark I can find with a quick search is still upwards of $1500
- Since I noticed this week how much money I may be spending without any sure return on my investment (all the ABT events, Vegas, the WSOP, now Monte Carlo) I started playing poker again, last 3 days I'm up 7 grand dicking around playing 2-7 lowball
The only problem is if I go, I won't stay for a week, or two weeks, it'll be months. Maybe I should have the readers vote on it? lol
