Great commentary, Chuck.

I'd have loved to see Tom win, but I also couldn't root against Stewart Cink -- he seems like a class guy. He's paid his dues and has been close before, nice to see him get his first major.

However, Azinger, who obviously was rooting for Watson (wasn't everyone?), said a win wouldn't have changed Watson's life but it will change Cink's life. I wished the other result, I can live with the one we got.

I doubt if Rick Reilly will be getting any exclusive Tiger interviews in the near future -- his closing video essay on Watson and the tournament took a pretty good swipe at Woods.

Great weekend of golf. Next year though we're going to have to do something about the simultaneous schedules of the final round of the British Open and the Backgammon World Championship Final -- it about wore me out.
