Plethorized

The term "plethorized" is a neologism of a friend of mine. It means "confused because there are so many apparently good ways to play the roll." In the position below, the rollout didn't really help me understand it, and I'm not even sure what variations of the position to investigate. This is a case where I am much more interested in what people (as opposed to bots) have to say about the position.
