I pulled this translation off of the DGF site. Mochy lost on time.

Were they using chess clocks?

Sunday and the quarter-finals. Becher and Mochy has played for a while, when brothers Raith discovers that it is only Japan's time is wasted. Tournament Director was something sitting (while quarter-finals were played ???), but came fairly quickly and made the players aware of the problem. At that time stood Mochys time at 1:09 and Behers at 1:24, star time was 1:25 (which was played to 15, ed.). Becher did not think he had spent more time than the clock showed, which would certainly have cared if there had been 10-12 seconds of delay per. feature, but it was not. Becher and Mochy was completely undramatic agree to submit Becher time to 1:20 and Mochys time to 1:10. Becher would like to have explained why Mochys time should be at 1:10, now it appeared at 1:09. Mochy argued that one is not able to see how many seconds, which was beyond the minute. It sounded like a reasonable consideration, and it was good enough in relation to potential hernia stories that Mochy not possibly were cheated of 59 seconds. Later he lost the fight after all on time under the DMP. He forgot to multiply by 13-13 to 15, which had been completely driven - his time taken into account ...
