Backgammon Encyclopedia volume 2?

I gather that it is not likely that a second volume of the Backgammon Encyclopedia will ever appear. If it did, however, what chapters would it have? That is, what other classes of cube reference positions are worth tabulating? I'm considering building up a list of my own (with the help of gnubg of course) but I'm not sure where to start. And of course if there's another source of cube reference positions out there, I'd be interested in learning about it.
