Build with the 3 or advance the last checker?

Well it is a 65 to play but the same concept assuming I have a 3 to play either advancing 24/21 or building and blotting 13/10. A very common decision.

XGR hates my choice and GNU doesn't like it. What is your play for this 65?

The score (after 3 games) is: Maddy 4, neilkaz 0 (match to 15 points)
