Suggestion for where to look for a bug

If implemented properly doing it on the client should suffice. WGC generates the rolls on the client (and last I looked on WGC - both players client contribute one die for each roll and then they are combined for a complete roll). WGC doesn't seem to follow the same pattern as SHG.

Likely there is a bug in the implementation (whether server or on the client).
