XBG cube RO settings?

What are the ideas here re. reasonable settings for XBG initial cube RO's as e.g. 62S 55A-F-C?

First 1,2,3?? Moves: checker play 1,2,3 Ply?? cube decisions 1,2,3Ply?? next moves: checker play 1,2,3 Ply cube: 1,2,3 Ply??

Any suggestions for getting reasonable results in a reasonable time?

Background: I got probably due to too weak settings discrepancies to Woolsey' Encyclopedia
