Way off topic, but yum...

If you haven't tried flat iron steak yet, you may want to go buy one. Grill it (no more than med. rare), cut it up and make fajitas, or pan sear it and you got yourself one hell of a piece of beef for <$6/lb. As flavorful as NY. Strip, but tender as Filet... hell of a buy.
