Golden or Bar Point?

Up until a few days ago I would have made the bar point, but in analyzing matches with similar positions 5 was coming out best, so I would now make the 5. I still need to work on understanding why the 5 is best (along with a few 100 other positions where I need to understand why what the bot is telling me is best)
