I want the bar point, not just because it makes a contiguous 5-prime, but also because it makes white's 5s play so awfully on the other side of the board. And 56 or 55 is a bonus.

The problem I have with 13/7 is that relief for the blot on the 3 point is nowhere in sight. However, blue owns the cube and merely has to bring relief "close enough" to cash this.
