In Response To: A Proposal to Start the US Backgammon Federation (Alan Grunwald)

It appears as though there is already an interim group being formed to get all of this started and they that have the priviledge of Phil's counsel. and that is the way he prefers it. Eventually a permanent board selected by members will give us all the opportunity to vote Phil in.
