Bots vs. top humans

Friends sometimes ask me, "How much better are the best computer programs than the best humans?"

It's not clear how best to answer that kind of question, but one answer would be to give the (approximate) probability that one of the top bots would beat a top human in a 25-game match, played at standard time controls. What is that probability?
